Refunds/Exchanges:

Any faulty product will be exchanged or refunded provided it has not been damaged by the recipient. Orders may be cancelled within 7 days of their receipt, though return costs must be met. A refund will be made within 30 days of cancellation, providing these conditions have been met.

Complaints will be dealt with promptly and in accordance with UK law.

To pay by Cheque/Cash or Postal Order, please send the cost of your order, including postage, to Peter Gray, PO Box 18, Bromyard HR7 4WZ.

In Accordance with the Data Protection Act 1984 we do not supply any of your details to a third party. We will try to deliver within 7 days of receipt of order (allow extra where cheque needs clearance) - any delay will be notified to you immediately via email but you should allow up to 14 days in total for delivery.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

If there are any inaccuracies we will delete or correct them promptly.
